St.John's rockzzz with Drake!
Drake is a band that has its roots in jungles of northern Michigan, millions of years ago when magic was in the atmosphere and shaped the area known as Camp Michi-Lu-Ca.
Once upon a time, Nathan said "Dude you like Nick Drake?" and Eric said "I love Nick Drake...and cheetos". So, Eric and Nathan decided to combine their musical influences together to create something entirely their own called Drake, in homage to their love of the prolific singer-songwriter of the early 1970s Nick Drake that brought them together. Two years later they released their first all original full length album and are in midst of promoting their efforts.
We feel honored to have Drake perform at St.John's! This is definately a band that will appeal to the young among us. The "older" though will certainly enjoy their style as well. They are original, fresh and try to involve the audience in their performance by taking requests. We can't wait for this event to come !
